All staff were very nice. The free shuttle service between hotel and train station/ski center was extremely helpful and convenient. Location is good - I quite enjoyed the walk to train station and old town, ~15 mins. Room was nice and spacious. Dinner at Sonorite/A Table was very nice too. The service was impeccable, with free shuttles at call to and from the hotel. Remember to book in advance if you are arriving from the train station as this will save you the taxi fare! The rooms are large and the public bath is a treat.
