"Understanding that we were an elderly couple. We were surprised by the modern aspect of the hotel. But we loved it. Great staff. Great food. We were there for a special celebration. Our family appreciated the care of us by the staff. The valet staff were great when we encountered heavyy rain. We were going to qpac for a performance. We loved the hotel, particularly the staff. wiht a lovely view of the river. However the breakfast area has undergone a re-modelling, which yuo either love or dislike , like marmite, and we found it very strange. Not in keeping with the style of the hotel. The bar likewise was rather cold in relation to comfort."
