"We had a fantastic stay at JW Marriott Surfers Paradise and would absolutely return. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The check-in process was smooth, and we felt well looked after throughout our stay. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with a bright, relaxed atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind. Our room was spacious, very clean, and thoughtfully designed, with a comfortable bed and great views. Everything felt high quality without being overly formal. One of the standout features is the pool area, which is exceptional. The lagoon-style pool with the sandy beach and the saltwater fish experience really sets this property apart. It feels more like a resort than a city hotel, which made our stay feel like a true getaway. "Walked into the lobby looked great quick check-in, up the lift new clean into the hallway freshly painted new carpet but I am sure a bomb meant for Iran missed its target an hit this room, old grotty furniture paint peeling off the walls shower head broken it was cheap and only 2 nights so we put up with it as they say you get what you pay for as a very frequent traveler never Mantra again as for Hotels take it off your site!! "
