"The breakfast was a complete let down.. I am a Pescatarian, no fish/ Salmon available.. no beans , no hash browns, no plant based foods available.. For the price, a complete con.. , The reception staff, not very helpful, the Porter, just want to get you a taxi, so they earn commission… The house keeping staff , the lady who cleaned the room, were very nice.. Also the pool/ Gym opens at 10am- 10pm… most people want to use before they start there days… steam wasnt working.. aHave to buy a cap, if you want to use pool… Ask the receptionist, about any nice places to eat, totally unhelpful.. porter, ai felt was rude, asking the reception about costs for shuttle, Porter says you have to talk to me… he was worried about his commission.. wanted 45 Euros.. got a yellow taxi outside the hotel for 32 Euro to IST.. It was because the short porter was rude , I decided to not go for shuttle.. then made enquiries for the Taxi, and saved money.."

Highly Recommend at The Marmara Hotel in TAKSIM District in Istanbul (5 stars hotel). The BREAKFAST - bounty array of fresh dishes, and made to order stations that cater to every craving; premium quality of food, bread, fruits and drinks, simply unbeatable price! The LOUNGE ACCESS is a magnificent view to landmarks with affordable value for all they provide- the curated drink menu and gourmet small plates not to mention the artisan pastries, made me feel like VIP! The SPA & The POOL The Starbucks next door. We were ASTONISHED by all the beauty of the hotel (better than Central Park’s NY hotels). The videos & website’s hotel cannot capture the magnificent views, the superb hospitality all the staff who provided a royal treatment in a sophisticated atmosphere! "Room 1804 ​I had a mixed experience during my recent stay at the CVK Park Bosphorus Hotel Istanbul. There were several highlights, but one persistent issue significantly impacted the stay. ​The Highlights ​Outstanding Service: The staff were truly wonderful. From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. ​Prime Location: You really cannot beat the location. It is central, convenient, and makes exploring Istanbul very easy. ​The Downside ​Unfortunately, we encountered a frustrating issue with the drainage in our bathtub. After every shower, the water simply would not drain, leaving us standing in pooled water. ​While we brought this to the staff's attention early on, the problem was never resolved. Despite the issue being reported, it continued throughout the entirety of our stay. For a hotel of this caliber, I expected a much quicker resolution to a basic maintenance matter."

"I will try to be as constructive as i can. The suite description was Bosphorous view ( they charged me over 300 USD for this! and the view was a building?! saying that all 5th floor occupied, why would misrepresent facts?!. i had to go to work at night & when i asked for my room to be cleaned & they said cleaning is in mornings only!? I thought that This is a hostel not Novotel?! What is really deserved to mention is i also carried my bag all the way to my room!? without the help of bell boy. The internet connection is terrible & i had to use my own internet to conduct my business. This a terrible experience & i will never repeat it."
