In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Bread roll service. Parking (for 5 cars) at the house. Shop, grocery, restaurant 300 m, café 50 m, bus stop "Kappl Abzw Niederhof" 70 m, railway station "Landeck-Zams Bahnhof" 21.7 km. Ski lift 1.5 km, gondola lift 1.5 km, ski bus stop 50 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
    "Julia", 8-room house 170 m2 on 2 levels. Simple and cosy furnishings: upper floor: 1 double bedroom. 1 small room. 1 large double bedroom with 1 bed and 1 double bed. Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, electric coffee machine) with dining table, satellite TV. 2 showers/WC. 2nd upper floor: 1 double bedroom. 1 small room. 1 room with 1 bed and 1 x 2 bunk beds. Exit to the balcony. Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, electric coffee machine) with dining table, satellite TV. 2 showers, sep. WC. Oil heating. Carpet. Balcony, terrace roofed. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture, box-room. Very beautiful panoramic view of the valley. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Electricity is partly controlled by motion detectors. If there are fewer people than the maximum number of occupants, not all bedrooms are available. Up to 6 persons only 1 floor is available.
