In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Bread roll service possible on request (extra). Roofed, parking on the premises. Shop 2 km, grocery 2 km, bus stop "Kappl Stadlen" 10 m. Ski lift 3.5 km, gondola lift 3.5 km, ski bus stop 200 m. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. The owner lives in the same residence.  
"Jäger", 3-room apartment 70 m2, on the ground floor. Bright, practical furnishings: 1 double bedroom. 1 room with 1 double bed. Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table, 1 double sofabed, satellite TV and radio. Shower/WC. Carpet.
