House "Vesul". In the district of Seichle 3 km from the centre of Kappl, 6 km from the centre of Ischgl, 20 km from the centre of Landeck. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Bread roll service. Parking (for 6 cars) at the house. Shop 3 km, grocery 3 km, bus stop "Kappl Ulmich" 550 m. Ski lift 3 km, gondola lift 3 km, ski bus stop 50 m. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence. Please note: On the day of departure, the 1st floor must be vacated by 8:30am. Luggage can be stored in the remaining rooms on the main floor until 10 am.  
"Vesul", 5-room house 120 m2 on 2 levels. Cosy and wooden furniture furnishings: living/dining room with dining nook, satellite TV and radio. Kitchenette (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 double bedroom with shower/WC and satellite TV. 1 double bedroom with hand-basin and satellite TV. 1 room with 3 beds, shower/WC and satellite TV. 1 room with 3 beds and shower/WC. Shower/WC. Carpet. Balcony, large terrace. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture, barbecue, sitting area. Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: safe, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (DSL/LAN, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the bedrooms will be available for use.
