In the district of Schmiedsegg 300 m from the centre of Kappl, 10 km from the centre of Ischgl, 20 km from the centre of Landeck, in a sunny position on a slope, in a cul-de-sac. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Bread roll service. Parking (for 5 cars) at the house. Shop, grocery, restaurant 300 m, café 50 m, bus stop "Kappl Abzw Niederhof" 70 m, railway station "Landeck-Zams Bahnhof" 21.7 km. Ski lift 1.5 km, gondola lift 1.5 km, ski bus stop 50 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
    "Julia", 8-room house 170 m2 on 2 levels. Simple and cosy furnishings: upper floor: 1 double bedroom. 1 small room. 1 large double bedroom with 1 bed and 1 double bed. Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, electric coffee machine) with dining table, satellite TV. 2 showers/WC. 2nd upper floor: 1 double bedroom. 1 small room. 1 room with 1 bed and 1 x 2 bunk beds. Exit to the balcony. Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, electric coffee machine) with dining table, satellite TV. 2 showers, sep. WC. Oil heating. Carpet. Balcony, terrace roofed. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture, box-room. Very beautiful panoramic view of the valley. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Electricity is partly controlled by motion detectors. If there are fewer people than the maximum number of occupants, not all bedrooms are available. Up to 6 persons only 1 floor is available.

Gute Unterkunft

Wir konnten ein schöne Woche in diesem Haus verbringen. Was wir schade finden ist, dass die Unterkunft nicht direkt für das Folgejahr in der gleichen Woche vorreserviert ist..... Hatten wir bereits zweimal, dass ein Haus reserviert war und später plötzlich frei, als wir uns nach etwas anderem umsahen.

Vakantiehuis hoog in de bergen

Royale vakantiewoning. Wel wat gedateerd. Alles wat je nodig hebt, is er. Prachtige ligging, net buiten Kappl. Bij sneeuwval wel moeilijker met de auto te bereiken, doordat het laatste stuk weg van 50 meter erg steil is. Wel 4 prive parkeerplaatsen onderaan die steile weg. Verder omhoog lopen.

Eine sehr saubere Unterkunft. Es war alles vorrätig und die Vermieterin vor Ort sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Es gab sogar selbstgebackenen Kuchen. Ski Bus Haltestelle gleich vor Ort! Top!

Gewoon goed!

We hebben met twee gezinnen deze woning gehuurd. De beide appartementen zijn ruim opgezet en schoon. De bedden zijn goed en ook de douches/toiletruimtes zijn prima. De appartementen zijn een ideale plek om als uitvalsbasis te dienen om veel leuke dingen in de omgeving te doen. De uitrusting is basaal, maar goed. Zeker voor deze prijs krijg je veel waar voor je geld. Het enige wat we misten was een zithoek, waar we 's avonds lekker onderuit konden zitten. De omgeving biedt veel mogelijkheden.

Unterkunft und Lage ist Top

Die Unterkunft hat eine Toplage. Für neun Personen hatten wir ein Zweifamilienhaus komplett für uns. Die Betreuung durch die Mutter der Besitzerin war sehr gut und sehr freundlich. Nachdem es zwei Tage geregnet hatte hat sie uns mit einem Kuchen getröstet. Das Haus war voll intakt und sehr sauber. Es gab nichts zu beanstanden ist.

Die Unterkunft wurde gut beschrieben. Die netten Vermieter waren sehr bemüht, uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Auch die Auffahrt zum Haus wurde täglich geräumt. Vielen Dank!

Sehr gut. Freundliche LeuteAlles war sauber und ausreichend fur unsere gruppe von 13 pers.Waschen war noch möglich. Wurde vom Besitzer für eine kleine Gebühr gemacht. Interchalet hat gesagt war nicht möglich.Kurzum, alles war gut, inkl. Schokoladenkuchender Vermieterin. Reisetipps: Sher schon. Viel möglichkeiten zum Spatzieren und Erlebnis im Summer
