Shinagawa Prince Hotel

"The hotel’s exterior and overall facilities were very good, and the breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a wide variety of options. However, the room was quite small for two people, with very limited space between the bed and the wall, making it difficult to open and manage our suitcases comfortably. The laundry facilities were also very busy, and we had to wait for an available machine. Additionally, the dryer was not very effective, requiring three drying cycles for a single load. In total, one load of laundry cost around ¥1,000. The breakfast selection was excellent overall. However, I would have preferred a made-to-order omelet station. The scrambled eggs were also somewhat undercooked for our preference, although this may reflect local Japanese preparation styles. Overall, the hotel had many positives, but the small room and inefficient laundry facilities were areas that could be improved."
