The staff were very helpful and nice. The onsen in the hotel was clean and relaxing. There is a family mart connected to the hotel which was very convenient. The train station is short 5 minute walk away, which was also very convenient. There is a restaurant in the hotel as well that we didn’t get the chance to go to because of our itinerary, but they had good options available. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would highly suggest this hotel to anybody. Good location and lots of places to eat in the complex. Feels like a resort set up. Train station across the road. We were in the main tower, room was older but very clean but no ventilation fan so heated up significantly when anyone showered and A/C does not work well, had the ac set to high and temperature set to the lowest possible over night and the room was still at 24 degrees celcius in the morning. Staff are very friendly and helpful. There are plenty of restaurants and shops in the terminal. For travellers arriving from train, the terminal 3 stop is before terminal 1/2\. Free shuttle bus between terminals or you can pay for a quicker ride on the train or monorail (easy access from 3F). I booked a superior room with 2 beds, like so many hotels in Japan it is small. Nice bathroom with separate space for bath.
