We have a large dog & were put in a room close to one of side doors on the first floor. That was wonderful because walking him wasn’t a big choir. The staff were so nine & accommodating to us. The called us by our names.

I usually bring my own coffee pot and grounds for my room (I cannot have regular coffee, only decaf). To my surprise, they had a 24 hour machine in the lobby that not only dispensed regular coffee, but also decaf as well as mocha flavor in decaf and regular. Totally unexpected, and a great treat to have other flavored coffee that wasn't just available in regular, but also decaf.

Everything was excellent about this best Western with the breakfasts, eating area and reception. Our room seemed to be due for new carpeting.

Property was run down, furniture was tired and worn, decor was outdated. Peeling paint, soiled underpants in the stairwell, drop of blood on the floor by the door, windows dirty, room dusty. Queen beds were double beds. Below Best Western Plus standards.
