Decent hotel. Too expensive, though, but it is the only hotel. Provides all services you might need.

It’s really convenient but no one checked my room in the 3 days I was there. Had to go to front desk to get toilet paper. Towels really thin and my shower flooded bathroom used my towels to wipe up. Had to go to the desk when got back from my day to get new dry towels snd the wet ones were still on floor. It’s location is great but with a little care could be a fantastic place to stay

Best hotel in the city however not fancy or particularly well maintained. Staff were pleasant but very attentive . Hotel right in airport so very convenient especially since there’s limited transportation options and it’s where the one supermarket is located. Also air traffic makes it very noisy. MuskOx restaurant on premises surprisingly good.

This hotel needs a major refurbishment! The carpet in my room was stained & smelled disgusting due to an issue with drainage & the pillows were horrible. Other guests said the same thing. To be charging people ~US$350 per night is beyond a joke!

It is what it is, the best hotel in town but still basic. Strategic location, at the airport, right where tours also leave from, supermerket across the road, restaurant and cafetaria internal. Luggage store available if you have a late flight. All low key but hey, see where you are, no wonder.

The stay was great for being the only real hotel in the area. Rooms were nice, with a good restaurant attached to the hotel. However, staff was limited so don’t expect hotel service like you would in most places. We put the sign up to have the hotel staff replace sheets and towels, but was never serviced over our 5 day stay. Also, be aware that if you book through Expedia and have to change plans, the hotel will not refund any of your reservation cost… even if it was days in advance. We reserved several additional rooms for a change in our party’s schedule, and the hotel would not book them directly at the reception desk. We were told to book through Expedia or other online options. We did. Then when our plans changed due to the flights in and out of the area, the hotel would not allow reservation changes, even 3 days prior to our reservation. We were charged for the rooms days after we had left due to their refusal to work with us directly and only through online travel companies.

Feels like a converted man-camp. It's clean, warm, and unpretentious. It's also joined to the airport which makes logistics beyond easy. It's not luxury, but if you want a clean, warm, room, that is easy logistics, this is your ticket. I'd stay there again.

Altid en dejlig oplevelse

Jeg har overnattet mange gange på hotellet. Det bærer præg af historien fra 2. verdenskrig og den kolde krig og at have været en amerikansk militærbase, der numere fungerer som en civil turist- og nødlufthavn, hvor man risikere at strande, når der er dårligt vejr på lufthavnen i Nuuk. Kan anbefale stedet for nysgerrige turister der vil opleve denne oase - gør det uanset årstiden, vinteren er også spændende. Håber at stedet kan overleve og blive yderligere udviklet.
