Booked twin room. Very comfy and roomy with corner sofa area. Plenty of hanging space and room to open cases. Didn’t use public bath or laundry on 23th floor but can verify immaculate elsewhere. Cafe closes mid-late arvo and breakfast seemed costly for what was available. With market over the road, generally went there instead. Great location. All within walking distance other than library which is 1hr walk. (Call an uber!) Little contact with staff as checking/out is via machine. Rather impersonal in my view. Sometimes we travellers look for human engagement!

The beds were rock hard but the rooms were spotless and spacious. If you like a firm bed this place is for you. The location was good too. Parking cost 13 Yen for 24hrs. No in and out privileges.

Very clean and spacious room. The carpark was directly behind the hotel and the hotel location is very central. We walked to the castle, gardens, food markets and all the other areas we wanted to visit. There are kombini and a chemist just down the road. Rooftop onsen, everything was just perfect.

The property was a very good value. Breakfast is awesome! It was quite nice and in a very good location - very close to the market, short walk to Kanazawa Castle, the park and the gardens. The baths were very nice and they even have an outdoor one that has walls on all sides but is open to the sky...it was snowing when we were there which was cool. Great place to stay.

Great area, easy access to most tourist destinations. The hotel also has free bike rentals which is great for exploring the city. The only complaint is that the public bath is stagnant so the water is not filtered constantly which seemed odd compare to other hotels we have stayed at

Best hotel in Kanazawa! So beautifully designed! Our room is ideal, and spacious esp for Japan. Nice kimonos they provide, public bath, and sauna, I love the modern and quiet lobby. Love all the thoughtful details.

It's very nice they provide umbrella to borrow. The room itself is very good. The only down side is the internet is way too slow and public area can be improved. The woman public bath is always crowded. Only 1 microwave at top floor. Gym is very small.

Great hotel for family of 5. We booked one room but ended up getting another room to spread out as it was only AUD$70. We stayed 2 nights in Kanazawa. Hotel was in a perfect location for us. Close to Omicho market. Bus stop for Kanazawa loop bus was close to hotel. 15 min walk from station or 10 yen by taxi.
