I’m not sure how but I booked two nights at this hotel in Kanazawa. The first thing to point out is that the location is way outside the city center. It took forever on the bus. We arrived at the hotel and there was nobody at the front desk. A guest opened the door using a code. Once inside I didn’t like what I saw. A big mess around some capsule type rooms near the reception. It didn’t feel inviting at all. Obviously my mistake to book this hotel but somehow the information on their listing tricked me. There was trash in the parking lot, such as car seats. The reception was messy and unattended. The current guests staying at the capsules didn’t feel very safe.
