They then showed me around and proceeded to assist with carrying luggage up the stairs to my room, above and beyond customer service - as with everywhere in Japan. A nice quiet accommodation with an instant friendly warmth when you walk through the door. He is very nice and upon arrival we got a present from him. Very glad to receive it. He is really really nice. He speak English very well, explaining all the instruction. The only matter for me is the room the futtons space is very narrow, when you put the futtons, 4 pcs, there is no more space to move, whereas, your suitcases are all open. The hanger position (for jacket etc) is not good, so, not easy to put and take back. The heater in the room is not enough I think, but there is a small handy heater additional. Overall, it is too complicated for all operation. The shower is a small cabin (ACE hardware cabin look like). The toiler is separate and has a Japanese feature closet (warm and jet spray). There are microwave, fridge inside as well.
