Everything about the place was great, but the staff was above and beyond wonderful. The location is perfect for food, night life and site seeing. I enjoyed every moment of my stay and will definitely be back the next time I visit Kanazawa.

The hotel was in a great location, right by Omicho Market and only 10 to 20 minutes walk from the various historical districts in Kanazawa. It's also close to multiple shrines, the castle, and the Kenroku-en Gardens. When I told a staff member that I wanted to do a day trip to Yamanaka Onsen, they gave me some tips on getting there. Also, the cafe is delightful. I tried their ginger latte and thoroughly enjoyed it! One thoughtful touch was that there were umbrellas we could borrow when the rain came and there were towels for guests to use to dry themselves right by the entrance. I highly recommend this place!

Hotel Pacific Kanazawa—we stayed for one night. The hotel is very well located. The staff is very friendly and professional. The room offers the basics; it is small, but there are two downsides: the bathroom is uncomfortably small, and the mattresses are not comfortable. Aside from that, it is a hotel that was definitely worth booking.
