As we rushed for the train, we asked for assistance from counter staff to call taxi but being rejected even though 3 staff there with no customers. They insisted that we should go outside to catch taxi by ourselves, not until we complained. A lady staff volunteered to help us and called the taxi within 5 mins. Grateful to the lady but didn’t understand why the other two guys refused to help, especially the young guy who handled my check-out was really non-sense. Didn’t understand why they cannot help even for basic service, not extraordinary.
