Very convenient to Kanazawa Station and other points of interest. Very clean with a lot of new items. The staff was very helpful with anything I needed, even spoke English!

Everything was good. The only thing is that the reception is closed until 13:00, so you can’t leave your luggage. In overall it’s good relation price quality.

La habitación estaba bien, el único inconveniente fue que no se podía abrir la ventana de la habitación. Hemos estado en varias ubicaciones de esta cadena y en todas se podía abrir la ventana. Nos sorprendió que aquí no.

2階に２泊した。問題点は唯一、風呂場が臭かったこと。そとから帰って扉を開けると、なんとなくどぶ臭い臭いが。２泊とも同じ。これはいただけなかった。臭いの元は排水溝か？

Arrivati in anticipo per il check in, ma generalmente l’assistenza si è informata se la camera fosse disponibile per farci sistemare. Cordialità, servizievole e sorridente. Hotel vicino alla stazione e comodo per i nostri spostamenti. Camera non molto grande ma con tutti gli accessori, bagno e pulizia. Silenzioso.

部屋は狭かったですが、とても清潔でした ユニットバスの排水も問題ありませんでした 部屋に電子レンジがあったのは驚きました 加湿機能付き空気清浄機もありました 不足だと思った点は •綿棒があって欲しかった •お茶やコーヒーなど飲み物のサービスがない •湯沸かしポットはあるものの、カップやスプーンがない ( 頼めばあったのかもしれませんが ) 仕方なく洗面所にあった歯磨き用のカップで歯ブラシのえでかき回しました 少し駅から歩きますが大通りに面しているので 夜でも怖い思いはしませんでした

夜12時あたり、ベットで休んでいたら、急にガチャリと鍵があいて、知らない方が部屋に入ろうとしてこられました。えっ！怖い！と声を出したらごめんなさい間違えました！とおっしゃり出ていかれました。部屋はカードキーでしたが、カードって他の部屋と同じなんですか？ビックリしすぎてとても恐怖でした。

シャワーカーテンにカビ

一番気になったのはシャワーカーテンのカビです。トイレ側からでは気づかなかったのですが、浴槽側にかなり広範囲に黒カビが発生していました。交換するレベルだと思います。 あと空気清浄機もホコリだらけだったので利用をやめました。 系列ホテルはこれまでも利用したことがありましたが、ここは次は使いたくないです。
