Staff was very helpful in assisting us with sending our luggages to our next hotel. Plus their buffet was excellent...comparable to a five-star restaurant!
The cleaning was fantastic,it's a great spot near the buses and trains, and so close to shops and restaurants. I enjoyed the spa and the soup cafe was lovely, and tvs staff very helpful.
As close to the main train station and bus station as you can get! So it’s amazing to be able to walk there from the Shinkansen with our bags and go right to the hotel! The public baths and restaurant are also amazing. Great choice. Only thing is the rooms themselves are TINY! But for 1 night, doable.

As close to Kanazawa station as you can get. We were on top floor. Room was small but OK layout. Beds were very soft, but we got two pillows per bed, which you don't always get in Japanese hotels. Buffet breakfast was good.
Other than knowing this hotel is located right next to the Kanazawa Station, I didn't expect much before my stay. It turned out this is a surprisingly nice hotel. The room isn't the biggest, but it is rather comfortable. I love the firmness of the bed and pillows! The onsen on the 2/F is also much larger than I expected. Recommended.
We were exhausted by the time we got to this hotel. They allowed us to check in an hour early so we could drop our bags, for a fee. Check in was pretty easy. The room view was amazing, but it is a whole hotel heating system, so the room was extremely hot. We were able to open up the window and the train noise did not bother us. The bed was slightly hard, but I am used to a very soft bed, so by Japan standards I think the bed was fine (the night before at another hotel, the bed was a board, so this was fine). It was right next to the train station so it made it very convenient for getting around town by train or bus.
Was everything you expect to find at an APA hotel, and was conveniently right by the train station. Only rating 3 stars due to no tattoo policy in the baths. This is an outdated policy that needs to change and APA hotels needs to get with the times if they want western guests to feel welcome in their hotels. I went in anyways, and encourage other guests to do the same. I don't appreciate being told I look like a criminal just because i have body art.
