"Staff are very Nice - Kudos to them especially to the guy in frondesk who check us in & assisted us until checkout Location is really good with Train view BUT construction on site Our 2 rooms not same Bldg -Very Inconvenient Originally booked for price of Mountain view but when checkin offered mountain view upgrade with fee - not sure why - hard to explain due to language barrier Overall still good with Free Full Hot Breakfast "

10/10 Excellent

"Great hotel with fab decor and indoor pool, right in the heart of Sapa. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby and the Fansipan ticket office is just round the corner. Everything is within walking distance. Staff were helpful in arranging taxis to drop me off to Cat Cat village and then pick me up. Overall a great experience"
