The room big and very comfortable..with 2 queen size bed..can fix around 5-6 people. We arrived at 8 AM and they let us check-in even though the check-in time was 2:00 PM. The view from the room was spectacular. The room itself was nice, nothing too special. No lift in the hotel which is a little weird. The entrance is on the 5th floor and the room above have very nice view. The restaurant is marked Halal though they serve alcohol and pork. We stayed in room 702, it had a big private balcony overlooking Fansipan Mountain. There were 2 beds in the room, 1 super single and another queen. In Vietnam, most "double rooms" came with 2 beds. The room was clean but wasn't well maintained. The shower was falling off and hot water was limited. Since we were on the highest level, the water pump was a little noisy at night. The location, however, was great! It wasn't too busy yet there were several shops, restaurants, bike rentals and laundry service.
