"An amazing place and experience. We had private indoor and outdoor onsen in the room and used it a few times as it was really convenient. Our hosts for the two nights, Natalie and Mizu, were extremely helpful and friendly. "My only complaint is that it was difficult to find (I recommend not bothering with trains/busses and just take a taxi. You’ll save yourself a lot of grief). Otherwise I have nothing but great things to say! It was quiet, clean, and the staff were incredibly accommodating. It’s a completely different experience compared to other types of accommodations and I highly recommend it to anyone even if only for one night! "

Excellent pool/spa and onsen which is free for guests to use and is well used by locals. Posh downstairs lounge area next to restaurant. Staff very friendly and very helpful in the pool/spa area (need a hat for pool/spa but they do lend them. Not enough information given on the restaurant, which was open until 10 pm but took last orders at 8...
