"絶対オススメしないホテル。様々な問題点が多過ぎて、ここで全て書けない。いくつか例を挙げると、ホテル自体の施設が古いしとても汚ない。コンセプトも古い。食事の費用が内容に見合わずもの凄く高い上に、スタッフの客への対応はまるで刑務所の囚人への扱い。しかもホテルのスタッフとそれらの問題点を話そうとしたが、責任者らしき人物は、真意が全く伝わっておらず我関せずの姿勢。状況把握後、予定は４泊だったが、キャンセルもせずに、ホテルに着いたその日の夜に１泊に変更し、翌日ホテルを離れた。早めに旅行の計画を立てられずに、仕方なく予約したホテルであったが、想像を遥かに超える酷さ。 ..."

"I enjoyed how attentive the staff was when we first arrived. I really like their breakfast. The food was fresh and delicious. I love their body wash, shampoo (Provinsia). I probably misspelled the brand of their body wash. It was very quiet and clean which I really appreciate a lot."
