Room is clean and modern sufficient comfortable space for one person. "

2.5 star property
8.2 out of 10, Very good, (206)
"It's super close to Kamata station and not too far to get to popular places. Livably clean, you get a tiny fridge and a private bathroom (shower has good enough pressure). Breakfast has little variety but decent. Walls are very thin so you can hear everything. If you're going to be gone most of the time, it's worth it and good for the price."
