The host was great. Quick to reply to messages and very knowledgeable about the area. The house was great. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool isn’t massive but was plenty big enough to cool down and the children loved playing in it. The area is stunning. Amazing views and a number of great beaches within a short drive. We were treated to a hot mousaka on our arrival and the kitchen was brilliantly stocked with wine and treats and home made cheese. On one of the days we got a tour of the farm and a the kids got to ride a horse. We felt very looked after. Brilliant place if your looking for a quite stay in the awe inspiring Crete mountains. Apartment has everything needed for a relaxing getaway and the pool was an added bonus on the hotter days. The drive up can be a little daunting at first but it is absolutely worth it when you reach the terrace with views over the hills and mountains. The perfect spot to watch the sunrise and sunset. Although the manager later compensated us nicely, our experience with the hotel’s loyalty program has been extremely disappointing. Since our stay, we've made multiple attempts to register for the hotel’s loyalty membership. Despite discussing this directly with reception upon checkout (we were promised a follow-up that never came) and sending three subsequent emails, we've received no response whatsoever. It feels as though the hotel is deliberately avoiding our registration to prevent us from receiving the 10% discount on our next visit, especially concerning given their initial oversight regarding the 50% discount. We remain puzzled by this complete lack of communication from hotel management."
