We arrived late afternoon and the directions were emailed to us which made it easy to access the property. The bed was amazing and the kitchenette was perfect for a quick easy meal. I would strongly recommend the accommodation to a couple or a family.

The rooms and property exceeded my expectations. Well maintained and beautifully appointed. The staff couldn't have been more welcoming and friendly. The property is on the hillside giving gorgeous views. I was nervous about dragging my suitcase up the hill but I was met in the parking area and everything was taken care of for me proactively. They have a lovely bar/restaurant area with a good selection of food and wine. You can't go wrong booking this wonderful property.

We were delighted w our room w its own private pool. Buffet food was super and easy to change for lunch instead of dinner. Staff were very polite and helpful. Facilities were clean and well maintained. Would def recommend for couples and families. The resort is in a steep incline so less suitable for people w mobility difficulties. Ag Nik is a surprisingly lovely town w great restaurants and shops near the lake. Beach near the hotel was perfect. We hope to go back next year!

We stayed in a standard room in the main building and it was so lovely! The breakfast was awesome and the walk down to the village was convenient. The room was clean and modern. The staff were very helpful and lovely. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide range of food and drinks. The direct access to the beach was a great plus to the hotel. The free parking inside of the hotel complex was helpful.

The resort was really nice. Great food and amazing staff! However, though it was an all-inclusive resort, it did not make any sense at all why you had to purchase drinks after 11 PM, that includes soft drinks and liquor. Not sure why there is a time limit when it's an all-inclusive resort.
