"Booked a 2 bedroom suite. Got given 2 regular rooms next to each other - no problem. However one of the rooms were already occupied. A shock to us both at 2am.
The hotel itself is good, we spent mostly at the salt water pool it was more relaxed. The private “beach” is a concrete landing jetty that you jump into the sea. Disappointed at first but turned out to be quite enjoyable.
Over the resort and what it offers is really good. The only negative for me was that it’s a bit isolated and there "

"If I could give this place 10 stars, I definitely would. It’s such a romantic and private getaway—truly something special. The food is out of this world, with amazing dishes from all over. The staff are incredible and make you feel so cared for. Even the gym is great—super clean and fully equipped. And the sunsets here? Absolutely unforgettable."
"The staff at the hotel are very accommodating and friendly, helping you with anything you need. Our room was well proportioned, although we could have done with some more storage space for our clothing. We were situated on the ground floor right near the activity pool, which was perfect for us with teens. The staff were helpful before we even got to the hotel by answering questions via Whats App, and booking the onsite restaurants for us. We can highly recommend a trip to the Agreco Farm for dinner, The White (adults only fine dining), and Asia White - although all of the food, including the buffet, was excellent. Our family of four (with two teens) had a very relaxing holiday with the Grecotel LUXME White. Special mention to Sophia on reception and Dora in the spa, and another lady behind the front desk (whose name I can’t remember) who helped us on our departure day and getting some medicine for my husband. Would highly recommend :)"
"Lovely hotel for a family holiday. Between the pools, water park and beach our water babies were in heaven; with the inclusively priced cocktails we were too!
Delicious and great range of food in the buffet. Do book on arrival if want full choice of alternative dining options. Appreciated being able to get snacks for the kids during the day. Highly rate the beach BBQ.
Would have enjoyed some music in the bars in the evening, but beside that couldn’t fault our stay.
