Situated in the charming Cretan village of Roumeli, Elysian Villa is a stunning property consisting of two identical, neighboring villas that offer the perfect blend of comfort, elegance, and relaxation. Together, these villas accommodate up to 12 guests (14 upon request), making it an ideal choice for large families, groups of friends, or multiple families seeking a luxurious escape with spacious indoor and outdoor areas, modern amenities, and a prime location.
Outdoor Space
Set on two generous 600 sqm plots, Elysian Villas provide ample parking and beautifully designed outdoor areas for ultimate relaxation. Each villa has its own 40 sqm private pool with a depth of 1.4 meters and an integrated shallow children’s section, ensuring fun for all ages. Comfortable sun loungers surround the pools, while the fully equipped BBQ stations, complete with refrigerators and sinks, make outdoor dining a delight. A covered seating space invites guests to unwind and enjoy the serene surroundings. The dedicated children’s play area and trampoline provide endless entertainment for younger guests, and for added convenience, outdoor showers are also available.
Interior Features
Each villa features a modern and stylish design, ensuring a comfortable stay with all necessary amenities. With a total of six bedrooms, each villa has:
• Master Bedroom: Queen-size bed, en-suite bathroom, and a 40-inch TV
• Second Bedroom: Queen-size bed and a 32-inch TV
• Third Bedroom: Two single beds (convertible into a double upon request) and a 32-inch TV
All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and ample storage space. The spacious living areas are beautifully decorated, featuring 60-inch TVs and air conditioning, creating cozy yet elegant atmospheres. The open-plan kitchens in both villas are fully equipped with all modern appliances, including ovens, dishwashers, and coffee makers, while the dining areas provide everything needed for home-cooked meals. Each villa has an en-suite bathroom in the master bedroom and a shared bathroom with a bathtub for all guests.
Location & Surroundings
Elysian Villas are ideally situated just 2 km from Panormo, a picturesque seaside village with stunning beaches, tavernas, and shops. The traditional village square of Roumeli is within walking distance, offering a taste of authentic Cretan life with local cafés and tavernas. For convenience, a supermarket is located right above the villas, ensuring easy access to daily essentials.

The Εnvironmental fee 15€ per night from March to October and €4 per night from November to February is mandated by the Greek government and applies to all visitors from January 1, 2024 who staying in accommodations in Greece. It contributes to environmental conservation efforts on the island, including waste management and sustainability initiatives.
