There was no welcome gift as promised by Hotels.com and there was a bit of a mix up in that although I had already paid the hotel insisted I pay again, the £300 was refunded during my stay as it was the hotels mistake."

"The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was made with fresh produce,the portions were of an adequate size and it was very tasty. The room was well equipped, the only criticism would be a full length mirror in the room would be benificial and you could not fit your legs beneath the dressing table as the chair was too high. In the en-suite the toilet seat was loose and some discolouration of of the plastic seal at the bottom of the glass shower screen. The carpets in the accommodation...
