"Very helpful staff especially the Reception. Breakfast was excellent and varying,
We requested to be driven to our villa each time - the drivers were wonderful.
We have stayed there several times and it is a great place for a sun filled swimming resting holiday."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Dubai! 🌟 The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the staff were super friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. Our room had fabulous views across the city, including the spectacular Museum of the Future, which made our stay extra special. Having a hairdryer, iron and ironing board in the room was also a real bonus! We couldn’t have asked for more and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai. 😊"

Picked Raffles based on its reputation, reviews and price, we were not disappointed.
The hotel is fantastic, architecture is impressive, very clean and has excellent facilities. The most amazing part of the hotel though is its staff. They made our stay very relaxed, almost like home.

I just want to say this isn’t far the best hotel I’ve stayed in Dubai. Our flight landed early morning and we got to hotel at 9:30am only to be told we couldn’t check in till 3pm (thanks for not telling us Expedia when I bought my tickets). Upon check-in I had a banging headache from the flight and my 6 month old needed feeding. My wife breast feeds her so we were stuck without a room and absolutely shattered from our journey. The check-in staff spoke to the manager and went out their way to...

This is the second time I have stayed at the Towers Rotana hotel. It is well positioned, just 200 meters from the metro that will take you to all the places to see. The hotel staff are excellent and helpful. The rooms, although expensive compared to hotels out of the main town area, are clean, quiet and ideal. We did not have breakfast this time as we thought it quiet expensive. The only down comment we can make is the allowed smoking in Long's Bar.This drifts up into the lobby and especially...

I booked Voco because it was the cheapest 5* I could find in a central location, I was expecting it to be alright but it exceeded all my expectations and more
The welcome was great
The breakfast was delicious with lots of choice
Our room had such an amazing view of museum of the future and sky scrapers
The bars and restaurants are great with a specifically shout out for Tresind the Indian on the 2nd floor

This was our 7th trip to Dubai and have always stayed in top end hotels. We believe this is the best so far. We simply could not fault the level of service , cleanliness and facilities the hotel offers.
We had private transfer included to and from the airport which is always a nice feature particularly in a spacious BMW. Our room was ready immediately so no waiting around until lunch time which is often the case in Dubai when you get the early flight in.
We particularly want to mention the...

A family of four. Two teenagers in their own room. We booked two executive ocean rooms in the Al Qars . The upgrade was excellent value as your picked up at the airport, you can eat and drink in the executive or premium lounge and you have your own concierge. The staff all call you by your name and they genuinely make an effort to be personal and authentic. Manju an Indian boy in the executive lounge at level five was great and so were everyone we came in contact with. We ate at Shimmers, the...

The best feature of the Ritz DIFC is the staff. We had a lovely 3 day stay and the staff really made it extra special for us. I am 7 months pregnant with our second and we have a 2.5 year old too. They could not have been more accommodating towards him. They do not have a kids room but it didn't seem to matter as he was free to to roam about the hotel and everyone was incredibly friendly. The room itself was lovely - possibly a little bit crowed with the three of us as there was quite a lot of...

Bhavika was so helpful and really looked after us during our stay. Salam from concierge also stood out as he was really helpful and drove us to the airport.
Hotel was really clean, room service was always quick and on point. All staff members always greeted us whenever they saw us walking down the corridors. The whole hotel was decorated and made it look really festive. We would highly recommend this hotel to all family and friends.

The hotel has amazing staff, excellent amenities and the rooms are fantastic! I would highly recommend paying extra for club level where you get breakfast, afternoon tea, and complimentary drinks all included in the price.
The only downside is the hotel is far away from the beach but taxis are cheap and easy to get.
The mall next to the hotel is excellent too with an amazing light show performed every half hour at night time (we never saw the same show twice and we watched it 3 times).

Amazing location- 10mins from airport, 5mins drive from Dubai Mall. Amazing hotel staff-warm & friendly. Beautiful modern decor & very clean. Spacious rooms & very comfortable beds. Must visit local sheesha cafe called 'Sultan Palace Cafe'- great staff & chilled cafe. Would recommend this hotel to everyone & will definately book again!
