"Arrived at the hotel, that we had used many times before and much liked, to find a building site. Totally covered in scaffold with upper floors and external areas being remodelled and extended. Very noisy and dusty. We left after a short stay. The staff were very sympathetic and embarrassed. There no mention of any of this through the booking process in spite of email contact with the hotel or from Expedia who actioned the arrangement. Very disappointing."

"Great staff, great stay, the room was in great condition and it was set up exactly the way we needed. The staff went above and beyond to help us. Amenities were great, they had everything that you could need. The only point I would add is the the shower could have a sliding door to keep the water inside but otherwise no complaints at all."
