"It was in a great location to the 12 Apostles but was certainly not what I was expecting. It looked more like a run down motel than what was described online. We traveled down a 2 mile long unlit dirt road to get to the motel and the reception area was an entrance with lock boxes that contained keys for your room. I did not see a single person while I was there. Would not stay again "

"Room was cosy & set up nice & great views from 2nd floor balcony. Owner was efficient when some items were required. Staff nice when I asked for more teabags & coffee for room. Great setup with being so close to the beach & shops"

"This is not worth the cost. It is basically a farm stay surrounded by introduced trees with the faint smell of cow dung and the sound of gun shots. It may be near beautiful native trees of the Otways, but they are not accessible. The property map provided is out of date and access to the waterfalls hasn't been maintained. Be prepared for long arduous walks and rock climbing to access them. We stayed for a week on daily rates but had no top up of supplies. We had to supply our own soap, bin...
