Spacious yet cosy, very well maintained, amply stocked to do your own cooking and washing, beachfront and 2mins to the beach. Having the Koala sanctuary with the 2 "resident" koalas for the kids to spot everyday was brilliant. Lili was always responsive and accommodating, and by chance meeting her in person, checking in with us to make sure we were OK was so nice. Left this place with a heavy heart (the entire family) but with so many memories and photos to bring with us. Will definitely come back to stay. Stayed 5D4N and wished i could have stayed longer. In one hour it did not change the temp at all. I checked the vent and a little cool air was coming out with it on high. Bugs every where!!! Even woke up in the morning with a very big spider. There are ways to stop the bugs. I was ex sighted about the tub hmm but there was a black hair in there and a worm. I cleaned it out and 1/3 of the jets did not work and the ones that did had no power at all. I tried to open the door where the tub was but it was dragging on the bottom and would not open. I needed a very good cleaning. I went into the bathroom and there was water outside the shower like someone just was taking a shower. I have a query why is the check-in time is at 3pm and checkout at 11am, it's not even 24hrs and in the complementary things list you kept in the villa mentioned chocolate and it's was not there Either you don't mention it or you give it.
