Air conditioning in main living space and a good size TV . No children under 21 which is good when you are wanting to relax on holidays . Steps up to this apartment so if you have mobility issues, this may not be suitable . Shops and cafes all within walking distance . Easy collection of key off site . Ground floor request but 11 steps and my husband needs a cane to walk. Bed so dipped in the middle, very uncomfortable, long since needing replacement. No plug for the bathroom sink. Hard to manage keypad for entry. When replacing key whole thing fell out, tricky to replace. Overlooked (into room) by other units and needing to keep blind closed making it dark.
