In front of the house, separated from the sea by the natural dunes, small private beach (from 15.05.-15.09. 2 sun loungers and 1 parasol per flat are included in the rental price), which borders directly on the public sandy beach of Lido di Jesolo (accessible via a small gate and approx. 100 m of beautifully landscaped footpath through the dunes, to the sea approx. 180 m).

Die Wohnung war etwas heruntergekommen: Ameisenkolonie hinter dem Fenster, Abfluss in der Dusche verstopft, die Küche sehr spartanisch ausgestattet. Aber gute Lage, freundliches Personal.

Die Lage der Residenz und der Zugang zum Strand, Meer waren Top. Kommunikation und Betreuung waren sehr gut. Sauberkeit und Zustand des Objekts sind sehr, sehr verbesserungswürdig. Modriger Gestank und dreckige Böden! Wenn sich dies ändert dann gerne wieder
