Also, the room needed a paint job - there were places where the paint was chipped off. The lock needed to be lubricated. And the light switches were hard to decipher. Mahmoud at the front desk was very helpful. Having said that, the xo structuring in the area started at 6:30am every morning, the elevator was broken when we arrived - and we had suitcases so it was not convenient. More worrysome was that a mistake for the price of our stay that was not dealt with in a timely manner. It took six days and me asking every day for the issue to be corrected. On my last day I said if it was not corrected on the spot I would not move from the lobby - and only then did they try to find a solution rather than keep postponing the resolution.
