The Jerusalem Metropole aooarently had some plumbing issues so moved us to a hotel across from them, Rivoli Hotel. The room we were given had a stench, filthy carpets, a stained towel and sullen staff. Security to the hotel was totally missing! We opened the front door after dinner and just walked in. No one at reception and room keys in full view of anyone who decided to want to pick one. Our assigned room was on the 2nd level and there was no staff to help you take your luggage up and down the stairs..there is no elevator in the hotel. Our room view was a graveyard! Bath tub was tiny and stepped..never seen anything as unsafe as this one.
