"I love this hotel. I stayed for 4 days and it was great. The front desk staff was great. The kitchen staff was great. The items they had for breakfast every day was amazing. The only problem I had was the the house keeping staff never cleaned or did anything in my room at all. I even told the front desk and they told them to clean my room and they still didn’t do it. I had to go get fresh towels daily from the front desk staff. The day that I was leaving they came to clean my room and it seemed like they had an attitude about it. That is my only complaint about this property. "

"Our room/floor was very quiet, clean and well appointed. Desk staff are very attentive and friendly. The breakfast is the best of any hotel we’ve stayed at and the set up is superb. We live in the blue ridge mountains and come to Richmond a couple times a year. This is our favorite spot and really feel comfortable at this hotel."

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay; however, I would like to note that the air conditioning in the building was not operational, which resulted in an uncomfortable heat. Additionally, the elevator service was quite slow. Despite these issues, I found my experience to be very positive and I look forward to returning in the future. Thank you."
