The room was clean, smelled fresh which I appreciated. The bed was very comfortable, I always check the mattress and corners and it was pristine clean. Breakfast is basic but served us fine. For a budget conscious alternative, we were very pleased.
The property condition is good, but our main sticking point was the uncleanliness of things like the towels and the beddings which still had the smell of the deodorant or perfume of whoever stayed there last.
The one bathing soap was so tiny! And the breakfast had hardly any options.
I have stayed many times at this Baymont hotel. It seems there are new owners. The entire hotel has the odor of food of which I never noticed before new owners took over. The odor was not pleasing and I will not stay there again due to this. Very clean however.
Staff was pleasant at check in & out. However there's a charge on my account for no reason

The property inside the hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice variety for breakfast.
The location of the property was a little strange. It was a side road off of a main road and the sidewalks were broken up and there was no where to take a walk.
Cleanest most pristine property I’ve ever seen. Breakfast was mostly carbs but had choices. The only recommendation is for them to enable the constant fan option on the heating/ cooling unit.
The room was very clean as well as the facility. I was on the second floor and I could hear people walking in the room above me on the 3rd floor which was quite distracting.
Place was clean. Convenient for our purpose. Bathroom was very nice but small. We usually request a king room because it's larger with a sofa. This room was smaller than usual. Only complaint was the bath towels they were very thin and not very absorbant. Only other complaint was the ac unit. Being warm outdoors we used the ac. No way to keep the fan going, so the unit turned on and off all night waking us up constantly.
I always find Baymont to be a good, affordable option, and this certainly was a good choice. The thermostat was accurate and responsible, there was very little noise, the parking was very convenient, and the breakfast was tasty and included a lot of options.
The property was in very good, up-to-date condition. It was clean and quiet. the bed was comfortable. The shower valve was jacked-up so you turned past hot to cold and it kept spinning.

Could improve the heaters in the room. 1/3 of it blew ice cold air and the rest was warm… we checked in the room was set at 67,we increased temp to 85 while we were out and the room was warm-tepid warm but tolerable. Breakfast was passable(I tried the mini pancakes but I didn’t like their taste) the rest was ok.
Pleasantly surprised by this hotel, especially for the price. Clean, updated, and perfect for what we needed.
Breakfast was a bit bland- but decent and exactly what you expect for a continental breakfast. No one went hungry at least.
This hotel was conveniently located and reasonalby priced for my needs. It was clean and comfortable but not ostentatious... Breakfast options were limited. I would definitely recommend this hotel for business or "travel through" stays... but probably not for family vacations.
The Baymont was clean and quiet. Unfortunately our TV didn't work and the front desk clerk worked on it in our room until 8:30 PM. He needed several trips and phone calls to get it fixed. The mattress was horrible, worn out and needs replacement. The sheets and pillowcases had stains. I will not stay there again.
My check-in experience was terrible. And due to any fault of the Hotel. Through Expedia I needed to change my reservation dates. I thought that the change had been made. Getting to the Hotel, the Desk Person could not find my reservation at all. Not the original reservation or the updated reservation. Expedia had almost messed up my Thanksgiving weekend! Luckily for me AND Expedia, the Desk Person had a room for me. I am very unhappy with Expedia.
