We would have loved to seen/received the VIP amenities promised but we didn't get any of the,. We arrived at the hotel early and were told there was no upgraded rooms and no such VIP amenities. The hotel was fantastic though and we enjoyed every min of being there. We will come again. Just rather we didn't have the VIP carrot dangled in front of us by Expedia - not the hotel.

Fantastic property, rooms are very well maintained and clean. The property has all the facilities you could need (restaurants, bars, spa, three pools, gym...). Good location within Dubai (10 mins from Airport/Dubai Mall)
