"The room and amenities are basic. The main issue I have are with the staff, they are all staffed by temporary international people who do not know what to do if you ask for a change or something different. I have asked for the invoice since the day I checked in. One lady said they will give it to me when I check out. Then on the day of checkout, a man said they will email to me later that day. Nothing and it’s a week. Tried to call, the phone doesn’t work. Tried email, no response. Tried chat on Expedia app and also no response just a simple copy of my invoice."

"I liked that tram was right next to it the hotel, was convenient to go shopping the room I stayed had a nice view of some parts of the beach, Staff were friendly welcoming and helpful, 5 to 10min walk close to beach, restaurants and cafes. Breakfast was average the variety of the basics it was convenient to have and go to our daily activities"

"I had no issue with the property as we didn't stay there. We tried to book the property via the Hotel website for a date in June but there was no availability. However, the web site said that rooms were available via Expedia. I clicked on the link assuming that the dates we had already selected would carry accross. We booked a room in the Hotel through Expedia. We received a confirmation email and noted that the date booked was that day not the June date. We tried to call the number shown on the Expedia email and the recording said that the number didn't exist. We then called the Hotel and cancelled the booking for that night and they said they would contact Expedia. We received an email advising that the reservation falls within the cancellation penalty window. We were assured that our concern had been forwarded, and they would assist us in ensuring the cancellation is processed that same day. We have not heard anything since and despite cancelling immediately we paid the full fare for the room."
