Highlight of my Japan trip! The generosity and kindness from the hosts and the luxurious hot spring bath made this a highlight of my trip. I cannot recommend Kokopelli House enough.

Owner was absolutely amazing. The shuttle service he provided was a god send. He drops you off somewhere in the morning and picks you up in the evening. He has WhatsApp which is helpful. The dogs are very cute. We got upgraded to a bigger room. The laundry services were great too.

Amazing place to relax. All super clean and staff always ready to help. Loved the onsen in the room.

Great service. Attendant was very friendly & accommodating of our limited Japanese.

The hotel Manager Miwako was exceedingly helpful. She and her staff made us feel...

Our stay at Beachside Inn Shirahama was wonderful. It is such a friendly yet laid-back place with clean airy rooms and only a two-minute walk to the beach. The breakfast is tasty and the private hot baths are a fabulous bonus. Highly recommend!

Location is right next to Shuzenji temple & bamboo forest. Staff was increadibly hospitable too with an eye for detail and went the extra mile in taking care of our luggae, car & my mum's rollator storage. Food (especially dinner) was very good too. Lots of small dishes I had never seen arranged like this before, even though I have lived in Japan in...
