The hotel, overall, is a really good ratio between price and comfort. An international breakfast with some brazilian bread. The room is spacious, but cabo tv signal was not good, the front door was with interference and difficult to close, but the room itself looks refurnished and it is well localized, close to the shopping mall.

Cheguei ao hotel e, infelizmente, minha experiência inicial não foi positiva. Ao entrar no quarto, encontrei diversas baratas, tendo eliminado cinco delas durante minha estadia. Essa situação me causou preocupação quanto às condições de higiene e ao controle de pragas do local. Além disso, a acústica do quarto era bastante deficiente. O barulho externo era facilmente percebido, especialmente durante a noite, prejudicando significativamente meu descanso. Após minha reclamação, a equipe do hotel foi atenciosa e providenciou minha transferência do terceiro para o quinto andar. A mudança melhorou consideravelmente a questão do ruído, e considero importante registrar esse esforço da administração em buscar uma solução. No entanto, o novo quarto apresentou outros problemas de manutenção. O box do banheiro possuía vazamento, causando acúmulo de água no piso após o banho, e a descarga do vaso sanitário frequentemente travava, exigindo várias tentativas para funcionar corretamente. Reconheço a cordialidade da equipe e a tentativa de resolver parte dos problemas relatados. Contudo, os transtornos encontrados em ambos os quartos comprometeram a qualidade da hospedagem e indicam a necessidade de maior atenção à manutenção e às condições gerais das acomodações.

Localização muito boa. Próximo ao shopping, ao Space Adventure e à rodoviária. Camas aconchegantes. Funcionários da portaria cumprem bem suas funções. Algumas pessoas da limpeza e cozinha, muito amistosas e comunicativas. Chuveiro com água quente muito bom. Banheiro pequeno, porém satisfatório. Área nas promidades aparenta ser segura. Café da manhã variado e gostoso. Indico o bolo de banana e o suco de limão siciliano. Serviço de limpeza é pontual. Estacionamento seguro e limpo, porém, com cobertura ficaria melhor ainda. A piscina é boa, mas estava com a água um pouco suja. Não esperimentamos a sauna, mas estava disponível. As toalhas estavam um pouco surradas. A máquina de café funciona bem.
