Great property, clean and new rooms. Lots of chairs and the pools were fantastic. Wonderful staff and even though not many spoke English, they all tried really hard to accommodate us. Would recommend this hotel! 5star

Here's a revised version of your review: --- I had a wonderful experience during my stay at this hotel. The recent refurbishment has given it a fresh and modern feel, and everything was super clean. The reception staff were friendly and made me feel welcome right from the start. I visited in May during the low season, which allowed for a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. I particularly appreciated the lush greenery surrounding the hotel, as it enhanced the tranquil environment.

The property itself is visually appealing and offers a spacious environment. Breakfast is adequate, although somewhat limited in variety, and overall cleanliness meets basic expectations. However, the stay was compromised by a clear failure in reservation management. We booked a luxury double room, yet upon arrival we were assigned a standard room, which does not align with the confirmed reservation. After raising the issue, we were informed that no appropriate room was available and were offered a double room with two standard beds, which does not constitute a comparable replacement. More concerning was the suggestion that we should have booked two separate rooms, despite having made a reservation that included a couple with a child. This response indicates a lack of accountability and a misunderstanding of basic customer expectations. The matter was reported during the stay, but no effective resolution was provided. While the physical structure of the hotel is satisfactory, the inconsistency between what is sold and what is delivered, combined with the handling of the situation, significantly impacts the overall experience. Not aligned with the expected standard.

It’s a good hotel overall. But the design is very weird. It’s like a labyrinth. It’s difficult to find everything and you have to walk around in circles to get to where you need to go. Also, there’s nothing around there. So if you want to go to a restaurant or downtown or anything you have to take a taxi or an Uber. It’s not walking distance to anything. It’s also not far by taxi, but that’s what makes it inconvenience too far to walk and too close to take taxis

Lack of staff and insumes

Everything was excelent , I' m a Interior Designer and Art Director, loved the quality of furniture, interiors and all top materials in all surrowdings. I have only two tips thatbwould give Quality Hotel Blumenau even more quality : - TOWELS ! We are right in the region of the country known by producing the best towels of the country...or the world. Give Quality Hotel FLUFFIER and BIGGER towels. - STAFF . Swimming pools kept all Monday Morning unnatended . We had to ask for a glass of water while breakfast was stiil being served. It was said service was going to be openned at 11...nobody showed up. - STAFF AND SERVICE First day. Checking in. Asked for a beer from the var across the lobby, BellCaptain suggested me to get one on the fridge in my room. For four days Iwas a guest at the hotel, I'd never see a soul in the bar. On the 3.rd day, as I was expecting a friend to come down, saw a couple arriving from outside, asked for some coofee ...there were no capsules avaiable ! I'd say that bar would give some action and liveness to the ever static lobby. Give it a try !!!

O Staff é super amigável e atencioso , a limpeza do Hotel é impecável , o chão chega a brilhar de tão limpo .O restaurante tem preço justo e comida boa . O que eu não gostei é que no teto do banheiro do quarto, tem tipo uma sanca com um vão e nesse vão , acho que por conta da umidade do banheiro há um acumulo de traças e isso não é agradável e nem higiênico , talvez fechar esse vão com alguma massa , resolva . Outro ponto á observar é o serviço de camareiros , uma vez entraram no quarto e não jogaram no lixo aguas e refrigerantes consumidos e também não lavaram os copos de vidro utilizados e em um dos dias da nossa estadia , não passaram no quarto para arrumar , tivemos que ligar na recepção para avisar. Mesmo com essas intercorrências , ainda acho que vale a pena a hospedagem no Quality.

A hospedagem atendeu parcialmente às expectativas. O quarto estava limpo e organizado, porém não disponibilizava cobertores, o que pode ser um inconveniente para alguns hóspedes. Outro ponto negativo foi a televisão, cuja função Smart TV não estava funcionando durante a estadia. O café da manhã também deixou a desejar, tanto pela variedade quanto pela qualidade dos produtos oferecidos, que poderiam ser melhores. Como pontos positivos, destaco a localização e o atendimento da equipe. No entanto, alguns ajustes na estrutura e nos serviços certamente contribuiriam para uma experiência mais satisfatória.

O hotel é bem conservado e tem boas instalações com sauna úmida e seca e piscina aquecida. Achamos alguns funcionários pouco prestativos, principalmente na recepção. Chegamos no quarto e não tinha shampoo, aguardamos por 40min pra trocarem e nada, tivemos que descer até a recepção; a sauna também pedimos para ligar, mas esqueceram. O café da manhã é apenas ok, as opções de sempre, mas a mesa de doces não estava boa. Tem estacionamento grande e gratuito no local. Outra coisa boa é que o hotel disponibiliza bicicletas gratuitas aos hóspedes e como tem ciclovia é possível conhecer a cidade. No nosso quarto não tinha opção de aquecedor no ar condicionado, entendo que numa cidade do sul do Brasil não é possível que exista uma hospedagem que não tenha essa comodidade.
