The staff was very helpful and the location is ans value were wondeduk. My only comment is that the room i had booked was supposed to have one double bed and two twin beds and instead there was 2 double beds.

There are some great things about this hotel, some mediocre things and some really bad things. The good: it’s well-updated in the rooms and the lobby. The rooms are basic and plain but you have everything you need. Everything was clean, the bathrooms were clean and updated. There are some great amenities such as the kids’ playroom, the game room, and the piano downstairs. The staff was helpful and kind. The bad: Elevators were a serious problem. The elevators are very small and it isn’t enough for the amount of people (and we visited in the off-season, in July). We were often waiting 20-30 minutes to get an elevator. Breakfast was chaotic. Not really a big enough dining room for everyone. One day we had to wait 20+ minutes in line just to get a table… and we had already waited 30 minutes for an elevator. That was a real headache. Valet parking was also a mess. On the day of our departure we requested the car in person at the reception desk. Waited 1.5 hours for our car to arrive in front of the hotel! We had a very long drive ahead of us and that was a very big problem. We were constantly asking the front desk when the car would arrive and we were told it was “almost there”… for an hour and a half. There is no excuse for that. The pool… lots of mold and gunk around the tiles on the sides of the pool, and on the surrounding walls and ceilings. The pool itself is old and they have just replaced the pool deck tiles. Felt gross. Also the water was not warm enough.

The floors in the bathroom that I stay was absolutely dirty, was sticky in the floor and they put me in the room that was under the game room. It was so noisy and they say that was normal after I complain a lot they offered to transfer me to another room I found that so disrespectful that they put me in that room knowing that it’s very loud. I can’t believe they do that to people

Nice staff. Breakfast was good but crowded. Lobby smell like sewer. But I’m guessing that was just a problem for that one day. I don’t think it’s like this every day. They did have a pianist play in the loby, which was very nice. And they accommodated parking with valet for 55. Which was great.

Ótima localização, excelente café da manhã, mas apenas 02 elevadores não dão conta de atender aos hóspedes em período de grande demanda. Ficamos hospedados no 5° andar, e em várias oportunidades tivemos que subir e descer de escada, pois cansamos de aguardar o elevador. Em período de alta demanda, a dica seria ficar em andares mais baixos (que possa.lm ser acessados de escada, caso necessário).

Hotel bem localizado e próximo à praia , com muitas lojas e restaurantes ao redor. Quarto amplo e com cama muito confortável e chuveiro forte. Única desvantagem são os elevadores pequenos e muito demorados (fizemos quase tudo por escadas). O café da manhã é farto e com muita variedade de pães, doces, frutas e bebidas, tudo muito saboroso. O estacionamento é pago e o carro demora uns 10 a 15 minutos para chegar quando solicitado .
