The room was clean, however our ac was not working. We tried turning it down and seeing if it would cool off while we were gone. We came back 5ish hours later and it went up to 86 degrees. We went to the front office to ask for help or to switch us rooms. A guy came and looked at it and claimed to “fix it” the heater kept going up and it sounded like all the rooms were full so we decided to pack up and find a new hotel. After we dropped the keys, one of the employees was trying to catch us as we were driving away. I do not recommend this hotel because of the fact that the employees were not helpful and did not seem to care and did not fix the issue.

The a/c blew hot air. The refrigerator was iced over and did nothing until i thawed it(with a blowtorch) and the dog poop everywhere is rediculous. Everywhere not concrete was covered in it.

Staff was nice, location was good for a quick rest off of I90 after a long travel day. Room smelled like it used to be a smoking room. Shower (rv type) sprays on floor. But the worst was the broken thermostat hvac. We turned it down to 65 degrees and woke up to 85 degrees, and shut it off. Had to open our door, which is open to the outside.

The staff was nice and it’s an easy location to get to. The room was hard to heat at first and it smelled like cigarette smoke coming through the vent. The pillows just had one cover over it and the actual pillow didn’t look very clean. The pillows and the bathroom had a smell of overused disinfectant spray. The sink had a very slow drain (plug was broken). Hair left in the shower and sink. There was a hole in the wall with wires and some had plugs on them. No idea what was there. The vents were dirty. Dog poop left on the grass. My bed was lumpy. The curtain smelled like smoke. The bed by the door was cold because the air just came through the crack and probably the window. Overall I regretted staying here. You get what you pay for. Although I’ve been to updated Motel 6 before and had no major issues.

Registering was fantastic. I got my room. It was nice and warm when I got there. Front desk lady was absolutely lovely. Very polite. Very knowledgeable and pleasant. The bed was fine. The TV was fine. The bathroom was great. The problem I had was cockroaches. From teeny tiny to very large, and it was horrible, and I had a terrible sleep as matter fact I didn't sleep at all, and I wrapped my head band around my head to prevent the bugs from going in my ears. That's how many they were in my room not to mention they got in my food, as I turned my back to go get a drink of water, they started to scuttle, and they were in my Texas Toast and it was terrible. Anyway everything went into the garbage. There's nothing worse than to go into a room when you're exhausted and cold and you see all these bugs
