"A great hotel- in a perfect location. We had 2 tube stations nearby and were able to get almost anywhere in London from there. The hotel is next door to the charterhouse and across form a park- so it is really wonderful and quiet at night. the room was great, clean and all the features you could need. Would recommend and stay there again."

"The accommodation is beautifully presented and all the fittings are of a high quality and spotlessly clean. The room was very comfortable and during a heatwave the provided fan was sufficient to keep the room cool enough to be confortable. I spent the evening in the pub (next door and also the reception for the property) which was also well presented and welcoming. I dindt try the evening menu, as I had rather a large lunch but the food emerging from the kitchen looked very appetising. This was a short (15mins?) walk from my client site in Islington and the walk, including crossing the canal, was both pleasant and easy to navigate. This will, no doubt, be my first port of call when visiting that area in the future. Great find."

"Great hotel with excellent staff. We were happily greeted and everyone was very helpful. We had a problem with the toilets not flushing, but found out it was because of the eco friendly plumbing system the toilets use. Not the same water as the showers and sinks as they all worked fine. "

"Maldeon Hotel was close to my research site, dozens of amazing restaurants and shops, and very close to the tube station. The staff was overwhelmingly kind and attentive. Food service was a major perk. I strongly recommend staying here, and I hope to return next summer. "

"Excellent stay with breakfast. Air con was great given the 39 C temps this weekend. We brought dog and were well received by staff. Any gripes would be that a 3 pm check in is a bit late and equally a noon check out could be shirtened to 11.30 to get a 2.30 check in. Noise involving so called music blasting from nearby venue a shame."
