Needed brighter lights in the bathroom, furniture appeared dirty or just worn out. We covered it with a bed sheet. Outside of Sea Cabins are in need of some maintenance.

It has separated in several spots and one of us tripped because of this. Also the couch had a depression from age that made it interesting to sit on in the evenings, while winding down.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was overall ok however upon arrival the windows were filthy, sand on the floor, the cabinets had a terrible order. Mind you I've been coming to the Sea Cabins for years and always have a wonderful time!! You ask my opinion and I was truthful. But their sofa bed!!! The bomb my friend stayed in the front room and she too slept like a baby (her words) thank you again for another wonderful time see Y'all next year if not before.

I never had to speak to anyone during our stay, but was over a weekend and they are not in the office at that time. The room was clean but really did need to be updated. Much of the metal was rusted (shower rail, toilets paper holder) generally everything in the bath. The fan in the bedroom was extremely loud as was the air conditioner. The carpet and balcony furniture needed help as well. The kitchen was updated and the living room area was in good shape. We had a nice 3 day stay, any longer and I would have called maintenance. I would recommend the complex just maybe not that room

The Sofa and chair in the den need replacing. The bedroom set up was not desirable. The bathtub was stopped up and I cleaned out myself. Very disappointed for $300 per night. I would not recommend the Sea Cabin. but Island Realty was great.I’m a Realtor and manage approx 700 doors so I understand if an owner doesn’t want to spend money but their nightly rate should reflect condition.

The light switch in the kitchen is in need of repair as the plate is falling off. There was very little glassware and the silverware was horrible. The silverware was falling apart and there was only 2 smaller spoons. There was no measuring cups. The coffee pot only made 4 cups which I guess is okay if you’re not really a coffee drinker however I feel there should be a 12 cup one. The refrigerator was leaking water and the ice maker didn’t work The dishes were not clean so I had to rewash them. The TV in the living room was on wide screen therefore cutting off some of the picture and the remote for the actual TV didn’t work so therefore you couldn’t change the picture size. The closet doors kept coming off the track.

The furniture is filthy and worn and too large for the space. We covered it with sheets because it was so dirty. The flooring is in need of repair. The coffee pot is one of those little ones so we had to make multiple pots every morning.On the good side, the lanai had relatively new carpet and the furniture was very comfortable.The best part of the unit is the great view!! We enjoy watching all the surfers and people on the beach.The maintenance department is very responsive. The DVD player was not working and they brought another over and installed it the same I that I reported it.I would stay here again for the view.

The bedroom bed was very soft and perfect for relaxing sleep! Plenty of towels, wash cloths, and sheets. The room was clean and orderly. We will definitely be back! We had a late check-in and used a lockbox to get our paperwork, which was awesome and easy. The room is a tad dated (floor boards have migrated apart over time so little feet get caught on them, the bedroom fan in very noisy but worked, etc) but everything worked perfectly fine. The property code for the pool, pier, and beach access changes weekly midweek, so be aware you may need to call or text for the updated code.

Extremely uncomfortable and unacceptable. Its been like this for a few years. We stayed here before and forgot about this. You would think they could afford a decent mattress. The unit is not maintained well. Needs updating desperately. Floors need to be redone. Cannot use the entire closet because of a piece of furniture in the way. TV does not fit on the desk either. Bathroom sink was clogged. Shower head was awful. The turf on the deck is a mess! the location is good but not worth it. too many options.

The view from the unit, being on the upper level and near the end, is beautiful. As a matter of fact, we had a great view from outside the front door (where you could easily set up a couple of chairs) and from the deck. I wouldn't hesitate to stay in this unit again. However, many small things need attention. Several minor items are damaged, fixtures have rusted, the laminate floor in the hallway has a sizable hole, the outdoor carpet on the deck is shredded, and a little paint would go a long way to sprucing up this unit. One amusing thing about almost every unit displayed on the Island Realty site is the rat's nest of wiring behind the TVs. This isn't a pet peeve; it just looks trashy. So, no problems requiring a call to maintenance but the unit is a bit run-down. The grounds were in good shape. I give a special shout out to the maintenance man who assisted with a small beach equipment problem even though it wasn't his responsibility. He was very kind and helpful and definitely represented the property in a positive way. The check-in process was painless and the rep was very professional and cordial. Communication was great when exchanging a few texts about a package we had delivered to the rental office. Yes, I recommend 303A despite a few shortcomings that can easily be fixed. The price is reasonable and the location/view is hard to beat.

It's not terrible or anything, just outdated and some things kinda coming apart. Living room furniture is also outdated. However, it does the job and we weren't inside that much anyway. It does have a beautiful view that makes it worth it!
