loved our view of the bay however bathtub was gross, mat looked dirty and tub was rusted. There was a high pitched noise all night I believe from the wind coming in under the door so we didn’t get any sleep.Otherwise, it was clean and property is decent.

We stayed for the weekend and had a fantastic time. Resort is an older style but that’s what we liked about it. Laid back and simple. We had an oceanfront room on the 2nd floor. Beds were very comfortable and the room was very simple but again that’s what we liked..Patricia the manager told us about The boat company that rents boats right out front.we decided to take a half day boat ride over to the islamorada sand bar. Absolutely amazing time. Would stay again if we get back to the keys…

The closeness to the ocean and the beautiful views. There was a crew trimming some tree leaves in the afternoon which became very noisy.

HORRIBLE!! Once you check in and pay the amount they start treating you like slaves or prisoners, no access to food or clean bottled water, we had to sleep thirsty but wait the worst part is yet to come. We were under the assumption that check out is at 12 and hence were just relaxing at the beach but when we returned to our room at 10:50 only to see that the room door is open , immediately checked our valuables and rushed to take bath and the cleaners barged into my room when I was putting on my clothes. I was shocked and annoyed so called the reception to question and the lady started giving rude responses that we crossed our check out time (and it was just 11:20 by then) so I got more annoyed and cut the call. And she started banging my door and asked me to vacate the room in 2 minutes or else she would call the cops. I requested her that we have a small kid who is all dirty and needs a bath but she wasn’t budging. So we have to vacate the room in under 10 minutes. I woukd highly recommend all the families to avoid this property to avoid such horrible experiences that are so demeaning.

We strongly recommend to the guest to read the rules and the procedures, all them are clear in our website. We are a well located property surrounded by excellent restaurants and also 5 minutes from Publix and another convenient stores, sorry we do not serve food, and you have to bring your own stuff. The property is dated but they are making a few upgrades. Rooms definitely need a refresh/ remodel but its clean. Had an ocean view room which was nice. Overall a decent place to stay.

The positives were that it was very easy to check in and out, the bed was comfortable and clean, and there was easy parking. Nice view of the water out the back of the property and seating by the water. The negatives were the room itself and bathroom could’ve been cleaner, although it had an efficiency kitchen, it lacked in the proper pans, glasses, and cooking tools. It had very minimal of each of these things, but enough for you to just get by. Overall, if you’re just looking for somewhere to stay for a night or two, you get exactly what you pay for with the lower pricing.

Hello Dawn the items in the kitchen are limited for a reason we provide the basic items so you can cook basic things it is not meant for full blown meals.... after all we are hotel.

Hello, you booked one bedroom king bed because it was the only option available at the time ( 0r last room ) we did see the request but we were sold out and this was said to your party upon arrival. When a guest books for 2 it is placed in a king bed unless you book the two needed unit. best

What a great place to stay. The rooms are huge with bedroom, living room, kitchen, and bathroom. A screened in porch to enjoy morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. A lovely pool area, and private beach. Wish we’d had longer.

This property was beautiful! Very friendly staff! Really cool walkway out to the ocean. Nice pool/beach area even tho they were doing construction during our time there. You can also rent boats from the property. Only negatives was that our shower was lukewarm at best. The water wasn’t anywhere near “hot.” Also- our room smelled like raw hamburger, but that may have been the fault of the previous guest. Overall, would stay here again!

Bathroom was very dirty upon entering room, mold on ceiling, tub andshower curtain. Water did not drain in shower at all for very first shower. We called office, office called maintenance, they could not repair, called outside repair, our room was full of repair people for hours!!! We requested a refund or a different room. The very rude and unprofessional manager/owner refused and replied angrily that we "ruined HIS day!!!" Worst hotel and service we've ever experienced. Wish I had paid attention to the bad reviews I'm reading now before booking.

Hello it seems to us that the experience was based on a personal view rather than facts. It is impressive how people treat others and think it is ok. When confronted and rebutted now they are the poor victim this guest was very closed to be escorted out with the cops due to the way in which he treated the staff. No your are not special and you cannot treat other like dirt and expect nothing in return we have asked Expedia.com to block this person from ever booking this property in the future.

We really liked this establishment. It was very good indeed and we are giving Breezy Palms 5 stars. Our room was clean, well maintained, big fluffy towels and we were right next to the beach. There were two tiny problems. One, there were no bars of soap but body wash in a dispenser on the shower wall but the problem was the dispenser was empty. And second, there was a 4 cup coffee maker but no coffee!! I don’t know why but I went to the office and they gave a cup of Folgers and an oversized filter and we did fine. Neither one of those two minor problems caused us to decrease our ratings. They are a first class accommodation

It was a very nice place to stay for a week or two. Design was like Residence Inn with full kitchen but lacking with old appliances. Mostly people have boats are staying here. Don’t expect like modern resort. Think like Motel6 was converted as resort. But location was perfect to drive back and forth between Miami or Keywest

The overall stay, was absolutely amazing and we will be back. However, the only downside was every morning when we would wake up between the maintenance people and the construction people… There was no peace and quiet obviously after the hurricane there’s gonna be some construction and there is constant maintenance to be done, that’s not the problem. The problem is them yelling back-and-forth across the the entire hotel. The power tools are necessary, but the yelling is not. However, as I said or stay, was amazing and we will be back.

We stayed for 2 nights you could for sure hear the traffic all night from our room which was close to the road. The pool is nice the beach area isn’t the greatest but for just laying on a beach it’s fine. Front desk people are polite. The patio area is nice and closed in to keep out bugs. The kitchen is very limited in things provided. Overall for a quick stop it is a decent place to stay.
