The unit was clean, very roomy and comfortable. The location is great for easy walks to restaurants on Hildalgo and surrounding downtown streets as well as fast and easy access to the north beach area. Would stay here again for sure! This location provided everything we needed and was perfect for our holiday away. Approximately a 5 block walk to Playa Norte and a 2 block walk to Playa Centro. All the shopping and restaurants within a minute walk are just what we like!

Best VRBO experience, condo, owners, and property manager were all amazing. The condo is equipped with everything to make it a very enjoyable vacation. Location, location, location! Located centrally to walk to the beach, restaurants, bars, shopping! We loved being able to stop at the condo to recharge and head back out with ease. We are already planning out when we can return!

#### Isla Mujeres vacation
This was the first time we stayed at Estrella Del Mar 001 and had a wonderful time. The location was close to everything but not too close where it got too loud. We got to meet a few of the other residents near us and got along well with all. If you are looking for a nice, relaxing space with a spacious living room to entertain or play cards this was a real treat!

Location was perfect! Walking distance to beach, restaurants and shopping! Did not need a golf cart if not intending to go to south side of island. Very communicative hosts and property manager. Quick responses and very helpful! Great property for families!! Will definitely stay here the next time we’re in Isla Mujeres!

Great location. Easy walk to Playa Norte. Many restaurants and bars near by but on a quieter street so not too much noise. Communication with owner and management staff was easy and they all were very helpful. We hope to return again in the future. We are a family of 5 and the air mattress worked great for our 5th. Plenty of room. Thank you for having us!

We had a great time at Cheryl's condo! Very easy access to Playa Norte, Hidalgo Street where all the restaurants are, and the marina area. The condo was clean and well equipped. The bedrooms are on the street side so there were some early activities that kept us from sleeping in a couple of days, but no biggie. Cheryl and Ana, the property manager were wonderful to work with! We will definitely look at using this property again if we go back!

A super clean condo in a great location so close to downtown and the North Beach. A great place to stay on the island for 4 adults. Quite noisy during sleeping hours in the bedrooms (beside the street and hostel). At the time of our stay, there was some amenities lacking like a 3rd bed (an air mattress was provided), usage of the pool (being fixed), kitchen utensils and supplies (kitchen towels & cloths, larger pots, cutlery for 6, serving bowls and platters). All around a great place to stay in Isla.

#### This Place is As Advertised!
What you see in the listing is actually what you get and then some. It's a beautiful property near Playa Norte with all the accommodations of home. The owners actually have local property managers to assist with any issues that may arise or answer any questions. They were very helpful and friendly. My family and I had and amazing time relaxing and lounging around the pool. Next time I come back to Isla, this is the only place I plan to stay.

Loved how close it was to everything we wanted to see and do! So many places to eat near by. I would suggest adding a door stop to keep the bathroom door open as it made it hard to get things from smelling like mildew in there but we just propped the door open. Just a tip turn the guest shower handle to cold for hot water. Loved getting to see this island

#### Perfect Condo on a Beautiful Island.
This was our first time on the island and the property owners and the on-site property manager made the stay comfortable and easy. They took all of the guess-work out of traveling to the island from the airport, renting a golf cart, and had great guides that listed attractions around the island. There is an on-site property manager who was super responsive and great at helping us figure stuff out. The pool is a perfect post-beach soak and we used it daily. The beach chairs and stroller provided were a god-send and the extra life jacket was great after we lost our daughter's on the first day. We met a couple staying across the complex from us that was visiting for the 9th time and they always stayed in these condos. It really was that nice. Can't wait to come back!

#### BEST TIME EVER!
Our Trip to Isla Mujeres was definitely memorable! We plan on returning in the future and hope to stay at this same home. The location of this rental was perfect. The beach was on the next street over, shops and places to eat are all around. Never had to go too far for food or a good drink. Not only is the location perfect, but the home was beautiful. It had everything we needed. Cheryl was very informative about the island, emailed me items she suggested we check out. Vicki the property manager was always available to us and very helpful regarding any questions we had. We took our 13 year old and she had a blast, we roamed the whole island in a golf cart. Highly recommend.
